I do know several large consulting firms that have customized their intranet portals to include project descriptions in their resume searches. Most of these custom apps still use full text search over self-reported data, however.</description>

		<description>Excellent point. Have you folks come across any vendors in the SNS for the enterprise space who have tried to address this? Seems like it will be a hurdle for using SNS to manage competencies, staff from a matrix organization, etc.</description>
